  The hours are inconvenient. Also, cannot reach anyone by phone. No answer or recording. Waited 45 min. to speak to someone in person at the Evans branch. I have been with Suntrust for many years but the Suntrust in Ga. has the worst customer service I have ever experienced

  Did an okay job renting my house, but a horrible job not selling it. It sat on the market for 6 months before we changed realtors. Found out from the new realtor that the grass was overgrown (we had it cut), several lights were blown, there were bugs coming in through the dryer vent, the carpet was dirty, there was damage to the ceiling in 2 locations, someone used the toilet and did not flush, and the back door was left unlocked. Someone was entering our home. Come to find out, one of the two renters we had over the past 3 years still had a key and had been entering the house. We did have the locks changed, but if the house had been checked on or marketed right this would have been found out earlier. We have them two keys and were told we only gave them one. First, when pictures were posted to sale the house the same pictures were used when we rented the house. Those pictures had furnishings amd other personal effects. Unacceptable! Second, we had to request new pictures without the furniture to be posted and you could noticeably see damage to the ceiling. We were lied to and told it was the lighting from the camera. There were no open houses or active marketing of our home. It was put on the MLS listing and that was it. We had to ask for updates and the only suggestions we received was to continually drop the price. Of all the damage noticed we did not receive our deposit back and had to pay to fix everything. The dangers of renting are expected, but the dangers of renting and selling with Mike Vickrey and Associates is apparent. This is not slander and we have documentation and pictures of everything and all conversations.
